From the beginning, Shannon the Office Manager has gone above & beyond to talk me through the pregnancy process of office visits, insurance and even squeezed me into the schedule when I first got pregnant and needed to get in some testing for the baby before certain weeks hit. I can't believe I haven't already written a review here?? But it was a major oversight, if so because I love Dr. Singh (and the entire office, ultrasound tech, staff) so much! I had a very hard pregnancy with my first, including emergency ovary removal due to an ovarian cyst at 13 weeks and preeclampsia resulting in a C-section. Dr. Singh was there through it all with his calm, kind demeanor. He is a super talented surgeon. He saved my life and my baby's life multiple times!! Even beyond pregnancy/birth, he was so kind when I had concerns about hormone imbalances and fertility. He is a good listener and he is also great at balancing out my anxieties with his wealth of knowledge and experience, which he can kindly use to set my mind at ease! I have been a patient at this practice for many years, and while Dr. Gex has retired (great btw), both Olga and Dr. Singh are amazing practitioners. They have what I find most doctors don't: patience, a willingness to listen, and time to make sure you understand. Every time I go in they stop and ask if I have any questions, and they never appear to be hurried. I recently went in because my body felt off-I was getting dizzy for no reason, my periods were becoming erratic, the pain was worsening (already quite bad). When I explained what was happening, instead of saying "oh that happens", or "you're getting older", you know-sometimes the write off explanations older women experience, they both took my concerns seriously and ordered a biopsy, bloodwork, and an ultrasound. Within a month I was scheduled for a hysterectomy. Turns out the lining was too thick and my endometriosis had grown so much that it was binding my organs together and moving them out of place. The scheduling, surgery, hospital, nurses, all doctors, and assistants have all been wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough.Patient Submitted Review

I've had a total bilateral hysterectomy and have no cervix so she was wondering why the follow up pap smear was ordered by Olga and what was she looking for if I have no uterus!!!! I have been a patient at WHASN southwest for my first pregnancy. I moved my care to this practice specifically for Dr. Singh. Dr. Singh and APRN Tina have been amazing through out my pregnancy, I felt heard and taken care of at each appointment. I needed some extra monitoring due to a IVF pregnancy and the providers were excellent with all referrals and explaining all the tests and monitoring to me and my husband. The front staff of the office and nurses are amazing, very nice, always easy to reach them and able to answer any questions. Had my baby a month ago and wanted to have her natural but was unable to had to have an emergency c section. Dr Singh and Dr Tina knew how important natural birth was to me and tried everything they could do but the little stinker had other plans. They both made me feel safe and comfortable when going to do the c section and it went off without a hitch. Dr Singh, Ms. Tina and the rest of the staff, WOW. From bedside manner to their professionalism, truly exceptional. I'd like to start with clarifying that there are a lot of reviews from patients who were not seen at this office or by Dr. Singh and got their clinics confused. Those bad reviews have brought their average down unjustly. Secondly, the staff is kind, caring, straightforward, and respectful. I never once felt uncomfortable with any of the practitioners or front office staff. Lastly, my experience started last year with my routine checkup. I had some complications, and they were able to solve and/or refer in a timely manner. From beginning to end, including follow-up visits, it went smoothly, and I felt like I was truly being taken care of. Several months later, I found out I was pregnant and did not hesitate to start my pregnancy journey with this office. Three weeks in, I started feeling awful and had to be seen pretty often, like every other week often! Found out I had HYPEREMESIS GRAVIDARUM and thought I'd be better by 2nd trimester. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and I just got worse to the point that I had to be hospitalized a few times. Throughout this entire process, I was well taken care of by the staff and Ms. Tina. She and Dr. Singh truly tried everything, including home health care, to get me to feel better and make sure the baby was okay. Not once did they hesitate to understand how awful I was feeling and they always answered all of our questions and concerns as well as respected our boundaries. They both came to the hospital as well and took care of me. By the time labor and delivery came along, we had a very clear outline of our plan and backups. They worked with us and acknowledged all our concerns/requests. They both work so well together and as a team delivered my beautiful and healthy 8lbs baby boy. The entire journey was extremely difficult and very emotional, I certainly did not need my Drs or hospital to make it worse, and they didn't. Dr Singh is amazing! I spent years in pain being told it was normal. I was ignored by multiple doctors, blown off and told my only option was a hysterectomy and at 35 years old I was too old to even try for kids. Then I found Dr Singh, he found a huge fibroid growing in my uterus that numerous dr’s had somehow missed. He told me about a same day operation to remove the fibroid and that a hysterectomy was not needed. While the fibroid was stubborn and kept growing back, Dr Singh was there performing every surgery (4) and was so amazing and supportive throughout the years. At 41 years old I now have a beautiful 8 month old child, something my husband and I thought would never happen. Dr Singh was there throughout a very hard pregnancy and delivered my baby. Dr Singh is hands down the BEST doctor! I can not express how amazing he is. He has amazing bedside manner, is super down to earth but best of all, knows his stuff and has your best interest at heart. His staff is also amazing and always so helpful with any questions I had. I immensely, appreciate her as my healthcare provider. I have also seen Dr. Singh for some of my medical visits. His bedside manner is wonderful. He is very informative and soft-spoken. During the pandemic the staff kept the waiting room safe for patients. Waiting is usually under ten minutes. I love their online check-in it makes the process go smoothly. It was hard finding an OBGYN in the southwest area that worked with a great hospital. (Dignity health) I had to find a OBGYN for my surrogacy journey. I was able to find Dr. Singh. We had a few rough patches when I started going to his office. But toward the end of my journey. I can say I’m glad I stuck it out with him. His staff made changes when needed, they heard all the complaints and fixed it to the best of their abilities and when it came to delivery date he listened and heard what I asked for.
