Dr. Alexandra Ross is an OB/GYN who is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care to women throughout every stage of life. She believes in creating a comfortable, supportive environment where every patient feels heard and empowered in their healthcare decisions.
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Ross earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology as a double major from the University of Georgia in 2017. She went on to attend the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, where her clinical rotations confirmed her passion for obstetrics and gynecology and her desire to care for women through some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.
In 2022, Dr. Ross relocated to Las Vegas with her husband and began her OB/GYN residency at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She completed her residency training in June of 2026 and is excited to continue caring for the Las Vegas community she has come to call home.
Dr. Ross is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care while building lasting relationships with her patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, reading books, spending time with her husband, and exploring all that Las Vegas and the surrounding area have to offer.
