Dr. Millen is an obstetrician-gynecologist who is passionate about providing individualized care to women through every stage of life. Having grown up in Las Vegas, she is thrilled to return home and care for the community that shaped her.
Her interest in obstetrics and gynecology stems from the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients while supporting them through some of life’s most personal and transformative moments. Her approach to care is centered on active listening, clear communication, and shared decision-making, with the goal of ensuring every patient feels heard, respected, and confident in their care. During her residency, Dr. Millen also developed an interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and is certified in robotic-assisted surgery using the Intuitive da Vinci robotic system.
Dr. Millen earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Humboldt State University in California, where she played Division II soccer, before earning her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Connecticut.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Millen enjoys staying active, reading, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
