Gretchen Lumbad, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C, is a compassionate family nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health. Since earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2022, she has been committed to enhancing the health and well-being of women at all stages of life. With a strong belief in shared decision-making and a focus on evidence-based practices, Gretchen provides comprehensive care tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. She strives to create a comfortable and safe space where patients can freely express their gynecological concerns.
Passionate about health education and advocacy, Gretchen empowers women to take a proactive role in their health. She is also dedicated to promoting wellness through lifestyle changes, regular screenings, and preventive healthcare.
Outside of work, Gretchen enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, shopping, and practicing hot yoga and Pilates. She strongly believes in work-life balance and encourages all empowered women to strive for it. Gretchen is a Filipino nurse practitioner and is fluent in Tagalog.
