Christine “Chrissy” O’Brien, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life. She earned her BSN from Roseman University and her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Touro University in 2020.
With 15 years of nursing experience, Chrissy brings a strong clinical foundation to WHASN. She spent nearly a decade as a bedside registered nurse in med-surg, float pool, and ortho trauma before focusing on women’s health. For eight years, she specialized in fertility care, developing deep expertise in guiding women and couples through the full infertility journey from testing and treatment to the waiting and, for many, the joy of pregnancy. These experiences shaped her approach to care. She listens first, answers questions thoroughly, and makes sure every patient feels supported, informed, and never rushed.
Her special interests include fertility, PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, formerly known as PCOS), and office-based procedures such as hysteroscopy, colposcopy, and endometrial biopsy. She is passionate about caring for women from adolescence through menopause and beyond.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Chrissy is proud to serve her hometown community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband of nearly 20 years, their two children (a 15-year-old son who plays travel hockey and a 12-year-old daughter in competitive cheer), and their two Bernedoodles.
