Carolyn was born and raised in northern Michigan and recently relocated to the Las Vegas area from Southeastern Idaho—grateful to have left behind the snow and subzero temperatures. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse after completing nursing school in Michigan, gaining eight years of hands-on experience before earning a Master’s degree in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University.
Carolyn is passionate about supporting patients through every stage of pregnancy, helping them navigate the many changes along the way and celebrating as they step into motherhood. As a midwife, she collaborates closely with the WHASN Meadows physician team, manages routine prenatal appointments, and provides care during delivery—working together with patients to create a safe, comfortable birthing experience rooted in trust and partnership. She encourages patients to be curious and ask questions, believing that informed care leads to empowered decisions. Visits should never feel intimidating, and her goal is for every patient to leave feeling reassured and confident.
Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys exploring Las Vegas as a new local—sampling restaurants, discovering new experiences, and soaking it all in. She’s also a proud mom, a lover of spa days, and a devoted fan of Detroit sports teams.
