Ansley Hoenigmann, PA-C, is passionate about creating a collaborative and empowering experience for every patient. She believes healthcare should be individualized, educational, and rooted in trust. Her philosophy of care centers on listening carefully to each patient, identifying the factors contributing to their concerns, and developing practical, personalized solutions together. She emphasizes prevention, education, and holistic lifestyle approaches—including nutrition and physical activity—while tailoring treatment plans to align with each patient’s comfort level, goals, and values. Patients appreciate her approachable style, thorough explanations, and ability to make even sensitive conversations feel comfortable and supportive.
Ansley has been a certified Physician Associate since graduating from Wake Forest School of Medicine in 2021. She began her medical career in family medicine while serving in the United States Air Force at Nellis Air Force Base. During her time in service, she became highly trained in contraceptive counseling and procedures, eventually mentoring and training other providers. Her experiences caring for women in both primary care and deployment settings sparked a passion for women’s health and inspired her transition into the OB/GYN specialty. After completing her Air Force commitment, she joined WHASN in 2024, where she now cares for patients at both the WHASN Essential Las Vegas and WHASN Essential Henderson locations.
She provides comprehensive women’s healthcare throughout every stage of life and has special interests in recurrent pregnancy loss, infertility, PCOS, vaginal health, preconception counseling, contraception, PMS/PMDD, menopausal management, pelvic pain, and abnormal uterine bleeding. Ansley especially values building long-term relationships with patients and finds it incredibly rewarding to guide them through healing and improved wellness. She also enjoys performing procedures and staying current on evolving women’s health research and treatment options.
Ansley has received several honors throughout her career, including Best of the Best in Primary Care for the Entire Military Health System in 2022 and Outstanding Contributions to the Wake Forest Physician Assistant Class of 2021. She is also involved in two ongoing research studies focused on a new form of contraception and the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia.
Originally from a small town in South Georgia, Ansley has also lived in Athens, Georgia, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina, before making Las Vegas home. Outside of medicine, she enjoys outdoor running and walking with her dog, cycling, hiking, cooking and baking, reading, playing the ukulele, and playing board games with friends and family. She is actively involved in foster care ministry through The Hub Las Vegas and serves with her local church, Hope Church.
