Norman Bebla, MD is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). Dr. Bebla is double board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Urogynecology & Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Bebla has Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) practice designation from ABOG. Dr. Bebla is new to Las Vegas and brings with him more than 25 years of experience in direct patient care involving female bladder health and pelvic prolapse. For the past 16 years, Dr. Bebla has mastered robotic technology to help women achieve minimally invasive treatments for pelvic organ prolapse and complex gynecologic conditions.

Dr. Bebla was raised and educated in New York. He received his medical degree from Albany medical College in 1996. He then completed his residency in obstetrics & gynecology and post-graduate training in urogynecology at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Bebla was a professor of OBGYN at Upstate Medical University where he mentored medical students and resident physicians for more than 17 years. As a robotic surgeon, Dr. Bebla was actively involved with teaching fellow colleagues the art of robotic surgery as a consultant with Intuitive Surgical, Inc., in both the East and West costs of United States.

Dr. Bebla established and directed two urogynecology practices while in Syracuse, New York. He expanded his medical practice into California’s Central Valley in 2015 where he established Female Pelvic Medicine Institute of Modesto. For the 6 years that followed, Dr. Bebla was instrumental in providing urogynecology care to patients in Central Valley through several of the area hospitals, thus decreasing the need of the patients from traveling to the Bay Area hospitals for surgical care.

Dr. Bebla moved his practice to El Paso, Texas in 2021 to work with HCA Healthcare Central and Far West division to establish the urogynecology & pelvic reconstructive surgery department for the OBGYN residency program at Las Palmas Del Sol Medical Centers. Dr. Bebla continued his work as the chair of the division, training many residents and establishing Las Palmas Del Sol Urogynecology practice in El Paso, Texas.

Dr. Bebla has devoted his career helping women achieve their best gynecologic health. Dr. Bebla joined the Las Vegas medical community in early 2025. He is currently working with new colleagues and is pursuing his passion for women’s health at WHASN East, WHASN Northwest, and WHASN Specialty. He is affiliated with most Las Vegas area hospitals. He is welcoming consults for patients in need of pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery care.
