Good evening,I am a new patient here. This was my first time. However, Dr Brill, was very upfront and honest with me. He came in and introduced himself and explained what procedure he was scheduled to do. I didn’t know that I would be having a male doctor as in the past I’ve always had female doctors. Anyhow I immediately felt comfortable. Dr Brill also asked me if I had any concerns which I did, and he addressed them and suggested a couple of options. We would highly recommend Dr. Herpolshiemer! He has been with us from the start. He was the doctor we had at our first appointment when we confirmed pregnancy and heard the heartbeat. He was very professional, answered all questions and super thorough. Fast forward to delivery, we are so happy he was on call and ultimately ended up delivering our daughter. I went in for an early induction and was very set on having a natural birth and Dr. Herpolshiemer made sure we exhausted all efforts for 2.5 days in trying for a natural birth and was super supportive when emotions were high. Ultimately we ended up with a c section but it could not have gone smoother and my husband and I were super calm knowing Dr. Herpolshiemer would be performing the c section. Fantastic experience! Quick check-in, short wait, and then brought to the exam room on time. Nurse was direct, confirmed my information, and asked why I was there. Doc came in with almost no waiting and proceeded to ask and, more importantly, listen to why I was there. Straightforward exam that confirmed my suspicions. Meds were prescribed, labs and bloodwork scheduled quickly, as well as specialist referrals. I’ve seen Dr. Pack about 4-5 times. The first time I met him was when he did my D&C with our last pregnancy that wasn’t viable. He was so supportive and made us feel so much better at a time when emotions were at an all time high. With our current pregnancy, he has been so thorough, doing extra ultrasounds and the biggest take away is how he reassures us when we get worried. He mentioned how he wouldn’t reassure me that everything’s going okay if it wasn’t, and I appreciate that honesty so much. From the initial consultation through the post-op check-ins, Dr. Brill and the entire staff were kind, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I saw Dr. Jocelyn Ivie today. My experience with her was absolutely amazing. I had a full hysterectomy 2 yrs ago. I am unable to do hormone therapy due to cancer, and have been suffering ever since. The front office was very friendly and I had no wait time. I was back right away. Her assistant Samantha was amazing. Dr Ivie came into the room very quickly. She gave me several options the pro's and con's to each option and then told me to go home and speak with my husband about them before deciding on necessary treatment. I left feeling confident that I now have a solution for all of my menopause issues. I just need to decide which route to take. The check-in process is very fast, you don’t wait long in the waiting room (even if you show up a little early for your appointment), the intake process is very quick, and Lauren is in the room within 5-10 minutes of intake. WE LOVE DR. PACK!! I’ve been with Dr. Pack for 8 years!! He helped me with my endometriosis - successfully removing a cyst without removing anything else as he knew I’d want children. (Went to two other OBs before finding Dr. Pack and they both said that because of the size, they’d probably have to remove the ovary /fallopian tube the cyst was attached to. When I met Dr. Pack he made me feel extremely comfortable and confidently assured me that we’d only remove the endometriosis growth and keep everything).We then had a difficult time conceiving and Dr. Pack helped and supported us along the way!! He even delivered our little blessing!!Dr. Pack is a true professional in every sense of the word and he genuinely cares for his patients, which is hard to find these days. Very happy with the help, and support of WHASN. I’ve met with Dr. Shiode a couple times, and she’s been amazing. Listened to what I had to say, was reassuring, and didn’t make the visit feel so rushed. Dr Garg is another one of my favorites. I typically am not too comfortable with male doctors, but he’s become my absolute favorite. I’ve also met Dr Pack, Dr Brill, and Dr Herpsheimer and they also provided an environment where I felt heard, reassured, helped, and not dismissed. A very rare find for women when it comes to our bodies. I have met with Dr Schoenhaus as well, and again, I have nothing but great things to say. Listened to my needs, offered solutions, and didn’t make me feel pressured when presented with options for my pregnancy. Dr Ivie was the draw in why I chose this office; I’m not from Nevada and saw her schooling was done in my old stomping grounds. I ended up with a mega team of Drs who genuinely care for my well-being, and my baby. Highly recommend this office. Front desk staff is incredible, the assistants are so kind, the phlebotomist is also a sweetheart, the maternity scheduling is so easy, and the woman handling it all is so kind. The ultrasound techs also make that special moment you see your kiddo so much fun. This office has IT, the staff acts as a team. Everything g runs flawlessly there.

I was really impressed with this facility. I was worried about all the negative reviews so I paid extra attention to see if it was really the facility or just the people responding. I arrived right at the 30 minutes check-in time before my appointment. I was greeted nicely. I waited maybe 15 minutes before I was called back. This was actually 15 minutes before my actual scheduled appointment. Dr. Schoenhaus was very patient with all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. I felt really comfortable with her. I had to call a few days later to discuss a reaction I was having from a medication. I left a voicemail with the triage and received a call 10 minutes later. I have been a patient here for over 5 years. I absolutely would recommend WHASN. The physicians have monitored both of my pregnancies and delivered both of my babies. Throughout your pregnancy, you are given the opportunity to meet with each physician during appointments. This helps you become familiar with each one of them because you never know who will be the attending physician at the hospital when you deliver. I have to give a huge shout out to the OB nurse Natalie. She is amazing and incredibly attentive to your needs. If you are experiencing any complications, you can call and leave a voicemail. Natalie calls you back almost immediately and deals with whatever your needs may be. I also really like that you can get all your healthcare needs met in one convenient location (blood work, urine analysis, check-ups, ultrasounds, etc) This makes the overall experience convenient and stress free. Awesome doctor. My other doctors recommended a hysterectomy for back trouble I was having, she examined me and discovered this was NOT the problem. She kept me from an unnecessary and painful surgery. Great doctor. When we discovered a REAL female problem I was having she did my surgery with care and confidence (even providing pictures). I we to Dr. Herpolsheimer today. I go every 6 months . He is most compassionate, caring and very pleasant. The waiting area is beautiful and modern with extremely comfortable seating. My husband and I have been dealing with Dr.Pack and his family since 2005 and let me tell you from our point of view there isn't any other OBGYN doctor out there can TOP him in las vegas from our point of view he has delivered all three of our beautiful children and did my tubal and if we can have more we would surely go right back to our one and only favorite Dr. Edmond Pack to care to me and our unborn child. We always recommend Dr.Pack to everyone we know that's expecting and will continue to do so as long as GOD'S will can be done. It’s difficult to express how wonderful Dr. Pack and the teams that work in his offices are. I started going to Dr. Pack last year for endometriosis. He listened to my history with this illness and all I’ve done to try and live with it. We agreed a complete hysterectomy was my best option after dealing with it for the last 15 years with no relief. I’m in the final week of recovery from surgery and it has been a welcomed gift. Everyone I’ve had contact with from the front office, to the nurses have been incredibly kind and helpful. I always feel comfortable and I know when I walk through their doors, I will be taken care of. Dr. Pack has been amazing, from the first appointment I knew he would do whatever he could to help and alleviate my pain. To top it off, everyone I’ve spoken with who has worked with Dr. Pack has raved about him, all of them female. That alone says a lot about how well he takes care of his patients. This facility is in a brand new building. Very nice, sharp and clean. Reception area and workers are very professional. No inter-visiting or unprofessional chit chat going on. Everyone has their jobs to do. No waiting or late appointment times. Fast prompt service. Ultra sound, minor surgery at an out patient center and follow-up visit within 3 weeks. I've been seeing Dr H since 2004 when I was dealing with a miscarriage he showed up at the hospital at 2AM on a Saturday that showed me his compassion. He went on to deliver my daughter in 2006. Dr. Brill really came through for us. We had a problem with our first OBGYN and at the last month of my pregnancy Dr. Brill accepted us and provided excellent care. Dr. Schoenhaus is an excellent and caring physician! I had to change OBGYN's in the last month of my pregnancy and thankfully WHASN accepted me and Dr. Brill and Schoenhuas both helped in the delivery of my daughter. Dr. Schoenhas was the doctor on call the night I went into labor. She was very caring, compassionate and understanding. Despite having to leave for another surgery she came back that same morning to see me and bring me flowers and a lovely card to say congratulations. The staff at this particular WHASN group are all friendly and helpful and al the doctors are good! My personal experience was with Dr. Brill and Schoenhuas and they really are great doctors. I personally prefer a female and she is truly amazing! Now as a physician myself I recommend her to all my adolescent females that I take care of.
